Question: Found a good deal on a 450, but I want the 6 quart bowl. Could I buy a 6qt bowl and use it with the 450?

It's only human nature to seek solace in steaming, stick-to-the-ribs soup when the weather turns blustery. Dave Jurena, who owns the Soup Market in Hales Corners and Bay View as well as the Soup and Stock Market in the Third Ward, said he sells twice as much soup in the winter as in the summer.
"We have days in winter where we'll make 160 gallons of soup," he said.
From your own heat-seeking mission this fall and winter, here are some places to check out for a good, hearty bowl of soup.
At the Soup Market and Soup and Stock Market counters, the stock that's the basis for each soup is made from scratch. Soups tend to go heartier for the cold months, with stews and gumbo joining the mix.
The menu has its standbys, such as chicken and dumpling, chili and at least one vegetarian or vegan option, but different days bring different soups. (Different locations bring different soups, too; the menus are available online.) African peanut, chicken pot pie, and meatloaf and mashed potatoes are among the bestsellers as the weather cools.
